Weltrend Reports Second Quarter EPS of NT$0.51

| Hsinchu, Taiwan, August 7, 2024 – Weltrend Semiconductor (TWSE:2436) today announced financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 with consolidated revenue of NT$ 745.94 million, net income of NT$ 93.67 million, and diluted earnings per share of NT$0.51. |
| Year-over-year, second quarter revenue increased 5.2%, net income increased 15.6%, while diluted EPS increased 27.5%. Compare to first quarter 2024, revenue increased 12.2%, net income decreased 2.9%, and diluted EPS increased 4.1%. All figures were prepared in accordance with TIFRS on a consolidated basis. |
| Gross margin for the quarter was 30%, operating margin was 5%, and net profit margin was 13%. |
